Problems with imported recordings

For the non-ts resume problem there definitely seems to be a server side issue returning valid json when there is a resume. In your web.log there is a crash on enter

2014-07-19 12:37:54.556 Unexpected client control error: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
2014-07-19 12:38:00.760 Unexpected client control error: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

that correspond to what should be the return of the JSON to x-newa. I can duplicate the error on mp4 files but not ts files in the Video Library. Sub will need to look into that.

cncb, give this patch a go - I'm pretty sure it'll fix it.

cncb, it fixed it for me from Video Library, it looks you trying through Recordings does it work now for Video Library?

You are correct, it does work for the Video Library now. I have a unique situation where I imported some external files manually to be displayed with the internal recordings. sub, I'm not sure if I'm going to use the Web Client in XBMC so don't put any major effort to fix this special case. Thanks.

I just renamed a ts file to .wtv and it fails with the same error in web.log

That seems to work for me, resume etc now work from web client on non-ts files

By the way, series "art" is displayed in the NPVR interface and web client for the external files that I imported. However, for these files in XBMC the art is not displayed in the OSD timeline popup or the XNEWA program details screen. In XBMC it does display for the internal recordings made by NPVR. Any ideas on this one?
