New comskip version issues

The newest (and last, it would seem) version of comskip is out; does GB-PVR still take the new text file output and inlay the commercial points in a recording as before?

GB-PVR will use a movie's comskip file if it is available and allow the user to automatically skip commercials during playback.

Yes, but the problem is that there's now some added text at the beginning of the text file that wasn't present with the previous version. It reads "FILE PROCESSING COMPLETE
-------------------" I assume GB-PVR isn't set up to discard that and start reading the frame cut points?
