That patch wont make any difference to FilterCheck.exe, which is a stand alone utility.

Did it help with scanning in NextPVR?

Ok i think ArgusTV is the problem. Although I have deactivated all services from ArgusTV and the MediaPortal TV Server no longer runs as well.
I keep trying an I'll call you tomorrow again.

Is this a Cine C/T card? If so, have you run the card setup in the control centre and unticked dvb-t and Mediacentre?

Yes, it is a cine C/T. First i have try it with all options. dvb-c, dvb-t and dvb-c mediacenter. When i get problems mit NextPVR i deactivated dvb-t and dvb-c mediacenter.

I have test it now. When i switch on the services for Mediaportal then Mediaportal works. When i switch on the services for ArgusTV then ArgusTV works. When i dactivated both MediaPortal an ArgusTV then NextPVR don't work. It does not matter for MediaPortal or ArgusTV if dvb-c, dvb-t and dvb-c mediacenter is on or i deactivated dvb-t and dvb-c mediacenter.

Can you supply the npvr.log showing a scan now you've got that patch installed?

It's now using getting the correctly related components, with the special case rule I added, but it's refusing to hook up. This can sometime happen if some other software is using the device.
