Generally speaking, what should the time sync tolerance be?

BTW, continuing playing with various decoder combo's, I found a combination where the channel lockups have disappeared on my client - using PDVD13 for video and LAV for audio. But I still find it strange that I have this issue on only one of four clients.

Update: On a second client, my HTPC, with the same PVD13/Lav combo, it now is freezing on channel change. NPVR is haunted, lol, thanks for the Halloween treat, Sub!

The time sync isn't the problem it just making looking at both logs much tougher.
