Buttons don't work in 3.8.3 web interface

When I select a recording in the web interface then click on the download button or delete button NOTHING happens. Are these just for decoration????

I see a javascript error in the chrome browser -- details.html?recordingID=4762&group=It Takes a Killer:295 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'id' of undefined

same happens to me; it worked fine during pre-release testing, but the release version doesn't work. I can't Play a recording either. we were supposed to take a look at it before the 160929 update, but I got busy and didn't stay on top of it...

The 160929 update has the buttons functioning when accessing a file via the All Recordings selection but oddly enough if I select Recent Recordings and select a file from that view the buttons are non-functioning. Seeing this in devtools for Chrome -- details.html?recordingID=4779&group=48 Hours:427 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'id' of undefined

you're right, that's weird. On the Recordings screen I can select a recording from yesterday and it plays fine. But if I select the same exact recording from the main "Recent Recordings" list, the buttons don't work.

I'm sure we'll get to the bottom of the issue.

How functional is the web interface? I couldn't click the login button with IE11, but Chrome worked. When I'm in CHrome, all of the fields are empty, when there should be items listed in the Scheduled Recordings and other areas. See attached image. I'm just wondering if the web interface should be as functional as the the NextPVR program itself. Only 3 days into the software, so far, I love it!

Are you accessing it on the local network, or remotely over the internet?

I had a similar problem (when trying to watch remotely) and resolved it by adding a PIN in the application settings on the PC and then adding the PIN in the Settings area the web UI. I got that bit of advice from UJB.

I'm having outer issues with the app. It is not playing recordings on my iPhone 6. I just get the "Play" arrow symbol and words under the video frame area that say "Playing" but nothing is showing.

For the most part the Modern WEB interface works. There are some buttons that do not work correctly. Looks like the NextPVR server can not be found or the database is corrupted.

There will be an updated installer this weekend with some web updates to fix the watch/download buttons when accessed from the recent recordings list.
