Can't Get Filter to Work

I have set up three groups of programs in NextPVR. One for current programs, one for the classic movies collection my wife and I are building, and one for programs from our youth when we missed lots of episodes because we weren't home at the time. I am trying to use filter so that when we want to watch current programs we don't have to wade through all the movies and old programs we've recorded when we explore "What's New" or "Ready." Any way to get Filter to work?

In case any of our readers missed my earlier observation ...

When I select "Filter" in the "hidden" menu in Recordings (the builtin version) ... I get the Archive popup ... I suspect that this might be a teeny bit of a bug.

The Filter matches your Recording Directories. Archive is perhaps a misleading title, but that is how you move files to those folders if you don't have them created there as part of the recording (which is definitely easiest to do.

For example if you set one Recording Directory as Classic Movies the Filter will show only files in the folder.

In case any of our readers missed my earlier observation ...

i see that prompt for delete when exiting the end of a program in the Videos view is on the To Do list. That would work just fine for me and eliminate any desire to use Filter. Willing to donate to move it up the priority list. Sub, what's a typical donation? I see the total for last year seemed rather small.
