HD Homerun extend and Next PVR ....No sound, need help!!! Thanks

I have good video and no sound. Running Windows 10 CPU, Next PVR, Homerun Extend

What AC3 decoder do you have selected on the Settings->Decoders screen?

I have selected several trying to get it to work. Which one should I set it to??

Most commonly used are AC3Filter or LAV Audio Decoder. If you don't have either of these, download and install one of them, and select it as your AC3 decoder.
