device scan is not finding physical channels

i installed a dual tuner and the scan worked just on that one. then setup all the other devices from it and they are working just fine. i have an issue with the live tv, all i get is a blank screen. any ideas? thx

At a guess - decoders or something.

Best to try recording first, check you get a file on disk, and can that file play in NextPVR, or other player?

the recording and playback is just fine is only the live tv

zip and attach a complete set of logs for live tv and I'll take a look.

On the Settings->Misc screen, is the live tv buffer directory. If you look in that directory while watching live tv, is a buffer file created, does it have stuff in it? if you copy the file, can you play it?

is not creating any files in the buffer dir. i'll attach the logs later. thx
