Some recorded videos not showing proper length and not playing to end

In your demux.log showed the file size as 5157356812 bytes (4.8 GB).

The file downloaded was to me was 4293926912 bytes (3.99GB).

I've had a couple of goes at downloading it, and it always ends up the same size. Something along the way is cropping it.

With a different browser I was able to get the full file downloaded, and I'm seeing the same issue. I'll check why and fix.

Can you see if this fixes it for you? With this updated reader, your 4.8GB files is reporting a duration of 2:59:55. VLC is reporting a duration of 2:59:56, so pretty much the same duration.

I also have a similar issue, but it's only when I watch the videos under recordings in NPVR, if I locate the video under videos in NPVR it plays correctly.

Yes, I should also note that the problem only occurs with my NPVR client and not the computer the recording was made with. They are both running the newest version.

Have you got a specific recording we can do repeated tests on, to get more info on the problem?

If you play it on the client, how long does it say it is, vs what it really is? How big is the file?
