Is there a way to delete now present tuners

I have removed my 2 dual channel Hauppauge tuners and replaced it with a new QuadHD tuner. Is there a way to remove the older tuners. They are showing in the Devices list as not present,
but in the Channels list they are still showing up as 4 sources.

On the Settings->Devices screen, you can select the four sources, right click and select 'delete'.
