Source setup problems

I have made a few attempts to capture a source (Comcast cable) from Zap2it. The problem is that of the 64 channels available on Comcast cable, only 36 actually arrive in the lineup. I have tried downloading 2 or 3 times. It is always the same. All 64 channels are checked in the table in the Zap2it site.

I attempted to install one of the channels manually, but not success.

I know all the missing channels are available, because I can see them with my TV set, and also with WinTV2000.

How do I get all the channels in the Cable lineup?

Email me your zap2it login details, and some examples of the missing channels and I'll take a look. support@devnz.com

On the Zap2it site, log in, then go to your settings, and click on "Change provider" and make sure you've selected the correct provider, and lineup (some have different packages).
Next click on Edit my stations, and see if you can change things there.

I presume by Zap2it site, you mean http://labs.zap2it.com/etc., not http://www.zap2it.com. If I go to the first site, I can get to my settings, but I can't find "Change Provider". In any event, the provider is Comcast at zip code 37659 which is the correct one for me.

I sent my login details to "Sub" in hopes he will discover the problem.

After getting a reply from "Sub", I set up a 2nd account with Zap2it for the cable channels. The first account was used for the Satellite line. It took about 10 minutes to download, but all except one channel is now in the cable line. Why channel 95 didn't come down, I don't know. It was selected.

I haven't read everything written concerning GBPRV, but I had no clue that each individual line must have a separate account with Zap2it. It seems that fact should be up front in the literature.
