dvb-t tuners not detected

The initial frequencies haven't been correct here since the restack undertaken in Australia several years ago. I edit the files for here as a matter of course so all the broadcasters here were detected and a full list of channels found.

I'd done the same here in NZ. My local Wellington file had frequencies we moved away from a few years back.
