Difficulty installing v5 on Raspberry Pi

I am having trouble installing V5 in a Raspberry Pi.
I followed instructions and get the following messages.
Can anyone help me interpret what is wrong as i am new to Raspbian and the Pi.

If you want the binary to look in the current directory, you can set the RPATH to $ORIGIN. This is a bit tricky, because you need to make sure that the dollar sign is not interpreted by make.

To summarize:

1. I was trying to trouble shoot and give you as much useful information as possible...
   
2. It wasn't working when the live tv dir was the default set by the installer. I did a chmod -R 777 (I believe) to give everyone full access to /home/drm/recordings (all the rwx's were present with ls -al) and it didn't help.
   
3. I was recording successfully to /mnt/npvr1/NPVR1 so I knew I had good permissions there. I changed the live dir to that and it didn't help.
   
4. I tried playing it with vlc and it didn't work either.
   
5. I did some things that shouldn't have any made any difference and the stream started playing in both Chrome and VLC.
   
6. Computers are a pain.

That is a copy of a message from another user with an old version of the software. We need your logs with the current software.

At least the size of logs is interesting...

It also told me you are using the new code with a manual install don't have the hdhrconfig program loaded. Also none of drmaragit's post you reference do not apply to you because in a manual setup you are responsible for permissions.

Assuming you are trying to get a dvb tuner going did you do the required chmod ?

So, in order to use local copies of the third-party libraries, developers need to create a directory named netcoredeps next to the main application executable and copy all the necessary dependencies into it.

One of reasons for manual install is that is kind off distant/offline Pi to make sure that tuner from shady Shenzhen based Turbo(folk) company is not fire hazard(there was case of buzzing power adapter)!

NextPVR runs fine as packaged if you follow the instructions. Ignore to OP an concentrate on fixing whatever problem you might have.
