When playing the xbox on gbpvr, my eyes hurt. Why?

When I'm playing the xbox on gbpvr, my eyes start to hurt after about 3-10 minutes of playing. When I'm on the computer, they don't hurt. And when I'm playing the xbox on the tv, im fine. What's causing this? Is there an option to increase viewing quality, refresh rate, or something? Thx

Specs: Nvidia 6800 OC Video card
PVR-150MCE Video Capture card (What it's hooked to)
3.2 ghz processor
1 gig ram

Setting the deinterlacing to 'encoder pass through' would be better on your eyes, but it'll add half a second of delay. I wouldnt really recommend playing the xbox (or any console) through GB-PVR.
