Client Desktop App

How does one launch the desktop app on a machine other than the V5 server? I can find no help on this.

The help for it is in the install information post #1

The windows client, nextpvr.exe, is included in the 'client' subdirectory. At this stage it can only connect to NextPVR running on the same Windows machine.

Well... I went back to read Post #1 and found a link to the V5 Wiki! I have much to read but have already found some typos. If you're looking for a proof reader, I may be of some help. I already have an account on GitHub. I've done work on the V4 Wiki if that helps.

I'm not aiming to do that with the existing nextpvr.exe. In a few months there will be a new type of Windows client which can do this.
