Guide based are 120 but Manual recordings are still 60 which makes sense because padding on manual recording is arbitrary any, just change the end time.

You can confirm the 120  by loading http://ip:8866/components/advanced-record-modal.js and looking for <= 120

What part of the advanced rule are you trying to change?  Maybe there is a specific item that was updated.

By "manual", I assume you mean a recording where I just provide a channel, plus start and end times.  But that's not what I'm trying to do.  I've set up several searches from the Recurring tab, choosing "Advanced" for Recording Type.  The post-padding still is capped at 60 here.

If I understand your last question correctly...when I click on an existing recurring recording, a box pops up that says "Edit Recurring Recording".  One of the fields is labeled "Advanced", and it might contain something like "title like '%Midsomer Murders%'".  There are times when I would like to be able to edit this field, but the changes never get saved.

Ok so it is not a guide recording so like I posted those are limited to 60 minutes currently.

Also I don't think you can edit the sql part of the advanced recordings just the attributes. Thinking of this in the EPG sense, that is kind of like changing guide recordings from "The Big Bang Theory" to recordings of the "The Simpsons" that's not really a modify. That being said I can see you might want to add a filter.

Sorry, I changed the padding for the TV Guide based recordings, which I assumed you were using. These are the most commonly used type of recording.

I'll modify the manual recording popup in the next release. The manual recording popup is also used for those advanced type recordings.

I see what you mean, but there have been a couple of times where I've wanted to add some additional criteria, where I haven't really been changing the show being recorded.  It's more a matter of making minor adjustments when I find that my rule doesn't work quite the way I want.  For example, for one of my rules, after I first set it up I found that I wanted to *exclude* a particular station.  But since there are multiple channels that I want to allow (in this case, several local PBS affiliates), picking a single channel from the channel list wasn't the solution.  The advanced rules are really great for being able to fine tune things...I've just found that it may take a few iterations to get a rule to work exactly as I want.

Well, I probably should have been a little clearer about exactly what I was doing, so no worries.  And I hope this doesn't seem like I'm nit-picking here.  I finally decided to pull the plug on Windows Media Center, after debating about it off and on for a while, and now that I'm up and running with NextPVR, I'm regretting not making the switch sooner.

Sorry - I did do a sneaky update to the linux build, but not docker, so a use could check a bug fix for their legacy HDHR.

I'll try to get a updated build out later to get them all using the same version. It's a very minor change though.
