in the new version 5.1.3 the fix is already included? Did not see it in the release notes.

The release notes miss things from time to time. Unless sub releases a patch for testing expect it to be in the next release. That being said, if you still use Kodi and use it for scheduling I wouldn't upgrade until sub repackages the scheduling fix
