tried 3 times to send logs & config.xml but nothing sent?

You need to attach the zipped logs that are packaged for you by the Settings page.

config.xml didn't go so I'll try again

Are you sure you copied config.xml over properly? You might need to stop the web server and NextPVR on the PC you are copying them too.

I've closed nextpvr & stopped the nextpvr service but config.xml appears to copy into the preview post upload box with a green tick but is not uploading. Just logged out from the web server & tried again.
Still no luck

I don't want you to copy config.xml here. I want to make sure you copied the decoder section from the working config.xml that is setup with the LAV decoders.
