You could try manually running NextPVRServer.exe and see what it says. (not the similarly named NextPVRService.exe)

From that screenshot he is in the wrong directory looks like "C:\Program Files\NextPVR\data" to me

not

C:\users\public\NPVR-data\

which is where the logs are (& actually the config.xml that should have been deleted).

If you stop the NextPVR Service, does that nrecord.log get a non-zero file size? If so, zip and attach that log.

If not, check if NextPVRServer.exe is listed in your task manager as running (details tab). If not, what does it say when you try to manually run it?

All i want to know is how to reset the login password to 'password'. thx

To reset the username/password, edit the config.xml to set the following in the <WebServer> section:

Which password? It seems the issue is with IPTV not NextPVR and you need to update the m3u file.
