npvr is not responding

When watching npr recorded programs, my desktop sometimes freezes. The error I get when I push a bunch of random keys is "npvr is not responding" and it asks if I want to close the program or wait.  I can close the program and then resume after starting it again.  Waiting does not help and I have to reboot.  This can happen as little as once per week or as often as 3 times per recording. I am running v4. Have had this issue for over a year.  Any suggestions would be helpful. The zip logs were created after my computer froze 3 times in 15 minutes.

It looks like there were two occurrences of the app freezing when stopping playback. Maybe try rename NPVRCCExtractor.ax to something else (so that it's not loaded), and see if it helps.
