I have a hauppage 150 and ati radeon 9250 with video out and a rogers digital cable box.
What's the best way to hook up all the wires. I want to be able to watch live tv with pause/record through the tv.

Thanks

Rogers box to PVR-150.
TV out from video card, to the TV.
You can never have enough tuners!

RCA...although the other will work, if you tune gbpvr to watch channel 3 all the time.
If you're setting up an IR blaster to control the STB from gbpvr, then you'll want the RCA (composite) input.
You can never have enough tuners!

ok Great! Yes i want the control of the STB.
So RCA in and Line in from STB
S-video and line out from audio card to TV.

Any thoughts on why no decoders under playback listed for ATI?

The ATI decoder should be listed on the Misc tab, under BDA Multiplexer, not necessarily under playback.
You don't have to use ATI's decoder for an ATI video card...Often the system default is best, unless you've spent money on the Nvidia one.
