Lipsync and jittery video

Hello everyone,
Yesterday between the hours of 6pm and 8pm for this example I have a case of where the audio was lip-synced and the video was jittery.  I tried it with the VPN on and off.  I have 213mbps down.  MY NIC card was pulling about 12mbps and the CPU load was about 12%.
I did a virus scan and malware scan to see if things were clean.  It seems to have been clean.
I am using 5g wireless home internet.  

Would anyone have any ideas as to what could have caused this?

AS of today everything seems to be working fine.

Since you are using Kodi as the client we'd need to see the debug Kodi log to investigate. In general the logs look ok although on one occasion your provider didn't deliver data.
