If you are using  dvb/atsc EPG on DVB-T you will get the full Freeview EPG data but on DVB-S you will only get Now & Next! The full Freesat EPG is broadcast on the Freesat transponder slightly encrypted (encoded) and as far as I can tell is identical to the Freeview EPG for channels on both systems. I use EPG Collector to create a Freesat EPG XML file which Next PVR can import. However since I started using EPG Collector Nextpvr has a Freesat option but I have never used it!

Thanks for the info Chris.
I wondered why it was only now and next with DVB-S.
I like you am using epgcollector now as this seems to grab full guide data for dvb-s.
However the freesat option on nextpvr doesn't seem to work, at least in my experience.

On the Settings->Channels page, you should be able to use the Advanced Tools -> Automap button to move the channels over to Freesat EPG, and get full listings there. If you leave it on DVB EPG, you'll only get now/next.
