Starting Device Streaming Failed (transcoder exited)

Hi,  When I try to watch channels I keep getting Starting Device Streaming Failed (transcoder exited). I was able to watch channels but had no EPG at all and I subscribed to the 7 day trial at Scheduals Direct, is this causing the loss of watching channels?

No, you can watch channels with no guide data. Upload the zipped logs and we can see if we can help you.

There is other network related errors listed in your logs. Are you maybe using firewall / antivirus software that is blocking NextPVR from connecting to things?

All I use is Windows Security

Since it worked yesterday I would restart the server (not reboot) and see if it works. If it does, then you might need to change the NextPVR Recording Service startup properties to be Automatic (Delayed Start)

Hi, , I sorted it all out this morning, uninstalled NPVR and reinstalled and put in the EPG and all is working again.

Reinstalling wouldn't do it something was wrong on the startup when networking wasn't available. Hopefully you won't see that again.
