That file is required but it should be included in NPVR.zip

I just did a test with 2.2.1 with Debian and it logs the version number to the log file and I didn't get any errors.

2023-01-30 23:23:40.842 [DEBUG][1] NextTool, Version=2.2.1.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null

I updated NextPVR linux with the deb file and now NextTool is working.

Unless you were actually running v5 I can't imagine what is happening but glad it got sorted.
