Hi!,
I have bought LeadTek PVR2000 tuner card, OEM version for .... Microsoft Media Center 2005 ... Sad I have not known about it (I have win xp Pro)....
Anyway, I have installed drivers, software and My sound doesn;t work.
I see video watching tv, but no sound.
In box versions of these cards there is 4 pin connector to link with sound card one.
On my card, there isn't....
When I record video with hardware support (Mpeg-2) then i can see and hear. So, sound is recorded.
Somebody told me that under this (the newest) version of microsoft system, this card doesn;t need to have cable connected with soundcard, cause it is transported internaly (I don;t know if that is truth).
I have written to leadtek support, noone answered
I have even called to them, automatic secretary ....

Anyway, I am totally in despair, angry and powerless ....

Please give me any clue ....
Thanks for any help

Have you tried setting the deinterlacing setting to 'encoder pass-through' on the misc tab of the config app?

lol, if you're not using GB-PVR then my advice isnt going to help you. GB-PVR is my own TV card software I've written. See the home page at http://www.gbpvr.com
