I am using webgrab++ to create an xmltv file. The file lists channels from both Sweden and Finland. NextPVR shows the Finnish channels correctly, but the Swedish channels are shown two hours earlier than they should be.
The xmltv file uses UTC with adjustment for time zone, e.g the Finnish entries are + 3 hours and the Swedish entries are + 2 hours.
Any ideas why the Swedish entries are being shown presumably in UTC without adjustment?

The times in the XMLTV file look like the correct format Do these times look correct for you today? https://www.allatvkanaler.se/tabla/bbc-nordic/

I would think the time for "The Masked Dancer" at 23:15 in Sweden is correct at "20230811211500 +0200" in the guide Maybe your channel is different?

I found the downloadable Rytec XMLTV source for Sweden and it show what I think is the proper timezone.

Code:
<programme start="20230811211500 +0000" stop="20230811222000 +0000" channel="BBCBrit.se">
    <title lang="sv">The masked dancer</title>
    <sub-title lang="sv">S1E4 ║ 2021 ║ GBR</sub-title>
    <desc lang="sv">Episode 4. De fyra dansarna från premiäravsnittet återvänder för att skaka sina stjärtfjädrar vid grupp A-finalerna; en avslöjas och de återstående tre fortsätter till supersexan.</desc>
    <country lang="sv">GBR</country>
  </programme>
