Convert Mhz to dec/hex values

Am trying to tune my tuner properly as some channels are out of tune. I got correct tuning signals from cable company but it's in mhz, can anybody give me a formula on how to convert these frequencies to decimal so i can add it to my registry.

139.25 mhz
169.25 mhz
307.25 mhz

I dont really like the idea of putting channel overrides in the registry. In the capture source settings you can directly specify a frequency instead of a channel number. For 139.25 mhz just type 139250000.
