zapimport crashes

I belive that Zap2it labs is having issues with throughput....if you are running your EPG update at 3:00 a.m. (default) you may want to change it to be either earlier or later in the a.m. That seems to help.

jorm is also adding single threading of the load of the extra zap data which should help people that were having issues with too many threads running at one time when the data was being loaded.
