401 error while importing m3u or using xc

I am on Version: 7.0.3.250920 and already uninstalled KB5066835. While importing new playlist i am getting 401 error. It fails either ways m3u or xc. Playlist is fine when tested on other players. Also I am able to record existing channels. Just can't add new due to 401 error.

Over the last few months several Xtream sites have stopped supporting the getphp page so downloading the m3u would be impossible and you would need to use the xc login. However rather than speculating what is going on please provide the zipped NextPVR logs from the web settings page. If you are absolutely convinced that your links and credentials are OK you can PM me your login info (URLs and username password) and I can test from here.

With the info you provided I can't even connect, I timeout on the send perhaps it is fixed to your MAC

it works when i pass user agent string like  curl --user-agent "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.100 Safari/537.36".... what user agent is nextpvr is using? i know in old version we could override those in settings but i don't see that in latest version.

Yes that definitely is what the issue is. xc doesn't pass any useragent (as seen in wireshark) but this in curl does work --user-agent "any agent" It is timing out again here probably there is a connection limit.

The m3u interface did allow passing a useragent but now that it doesn't work (it appears) you will will need to wait for an update. It's potential not trivial since it might be the player too.
