In that npvr.log you're still using the Microsoft decoders, not the LAV decoders I suggested you try.

I haven't had time to test it in the web app yet.

Even with Lav filters installed, the comands (>>, << and sliding the timeline) don't work. At least I am able to watch the records on the web UI

The web browser client doesn't use LAV. You would need to use thumbnails to move in the timeline, the web client is not a true PVR, for hat use NextPVR.exe
