Trust me to pick the weekend when the wikki site is down.
I have done a search of a few forums and have found no answers or suggestions to why I'm having this problem, which is:
There is something wrong with the S-video out of the MVP or there is something wrong with how my TV is dealing with the signal.
Basically there is a colour signal problem. The GBPVR screen is orange instead of blue and this is also carried through to other playback material, recorded and live feed.
Skin tones are blue.
Both GB-PVR and the MVP menu are affected thru s-video. Have tried it on each, same problem.
Have swapped in 3 different s-cables, have fed direct to TV instead of thru amp, still there.
Have updated to latest version.
Live TV thru GBPVR and Win TV on PC all fine. Thru MVP s-video out problem still there.
No option for selecting S or RCA video so no choice there.
As the problem isn't there thru the RCA video out, you can only assume it is something within the MVP unit itself that handles the S-video output that is the problem.
Or the way my 100Hz Loewe TV handles the s-video output from the MVP
I will try another monitor with S-vid on Tuesday.
Until then, any suggestions?
