Does US MVP work in Europe?

I think I read somewhere that a MVP can show both NTSC and PAL and it is software configurable.

Is this true - have any of you got a US type MVP (no scart) and have it working in europe?

I am asking since I am going to Orlando next week and the MVPs seems to be much cheaper in US.

I'm using a US MVP here in New Zealand without any problems. We use PAL.

I am not sure if there is some store near to where I will stay (going to a conference in Orlando "near" Disney world)

But if I find a store I could by an extra MVP for you.

How much is the max price for you?
