instructions for twinhan dvb-s should be the same as dvb-t as they use the same driver.
download the latest driver (i have gbpvr working with 1.2.2.7 version)
extract the files
run thdrvsetup.exe.
this will install the drivers (i think you were looking directly in the inf folder which only contains inf files for mce, the drivers you need are in the winxp folder). you can use the bdaconsole to change relevant settings.
both the tuner and capture devices should now appear in device manager (probably named something like xxxx 878 digital tuner & xxx 878 digital capture) you may need to then adust the gbpvr "bda.ini" file in c:\program files\devnz\xxx so that it uses the 878 driver...
thereafter all the channels you could see in the reference tv program (the software that came with the card) should be found by gbpvr (ie make sure you can see everything you need to e.g. encrypted channels that need cam and smartcard)
