.NET error

When I try to run Config I get this error from .net, clicking continue I get into the config, but when I have set up the config and try to click OK, I get the same error but it dont continue when clicking continue only thing that works is cancel or quit

What is wrong, I have tried the manual install, didnt work

Did you uninstall any previous version before installing the new release? I'm guessing not.

Uninstall the version you have. Then perform a fresh install and you should be right.

What I did in this ordre!

Copied config.xml - Uninstalled ver. 0.18l - installed 0.19 - then cut config.xml and paste to gbpvr folder.

didnt work

uninstalled gbpvr - reinstall, didnt work

uninstall gbpvr - uninstall .NET - download .NET - install .NET - install gbpvr, didnt work

then I tried manuel install - didnt work

gbpvrrecordingservice IS runing - but I am not able to go in the config and set it up - so the service is runing but that will not help me if I am not able to set it up (tunercard/epg and so on)

I'm still hoping that I dont need to "Format c:" to solve the problem.

I havent tried to install ver 0.18, might that help??

I suspect that copy/paste of the config.xml has stuffed things up. Required settings will not be included in this old version of the file. This thinking seems to be inline with the error message you've got.

Safest thing you can do:
- Uninstall GB-PVR
- Delete c:\program files\devnz directory
- Reinstall.

Hi Sub

Worked just perfect - I was sure I had tried that once but it seems that I didnt.

It think there is something wrong with the web scheduling I get this error message, it looks like a file is missing "gbpvr_web.global" if it is suppossed to be there, dont no just guessing.

Quite importen to me, using it from my laptop
