Thanks for your help. EPG works fine.
But I still dont have any TV.
There is still the same error message.
Since I already tried other software which then worked, I wonder what I did wrong.

Your logs show the PX-TV402U drivers are not found on your machine.

I've sent you a utility that will produce a log file which gives me more information about what drivers are installed on your machine.
