Quick Rec?

Hello I tried searching for this in the wiki but couldn't find it, what exactly does it do?

it adds the programme to pending recordings without asking you things about season-record, post and pre-padding. it just takes the default paddings from the config-app und records the show once.

Haha that makes sense! thanks for the reply. oh I tried configuring the quick rec setting in the config but when ever I click on the High option and click ok it always goes back to the medium setting.

Thats normal. Medium is always the default, but you can edit the medium profile to use whatever bitrate/resolution you want. In hindsight, I should have called it 'default' instead of 'medium.
