Have updated the Music Library.

Have managed to implement a few of the suggestions that I was given.

Change log as follows:

13-Dec-2005 - Version 2.1 - Clean up the GUI

• Added ability to remove ‘The’ or ‘A’ from an artist name
  
• Removed logging each track being added to library
  
• Changed page up page down from skip forward.skip back to FastForward and Rewind
  
• Added album art from folder.jpg or default.jpg in the folder.
  
• Added album art from Front Cover MP3 ID3V2 picture tag
  
• Added ability to sort tracks by Name or Track number
  
• Added ability to turn on visualisations or album art
  
• Added indicator on the main screen to show what is currently selected
  
• Added indicator on artist, album and title lists to show there is more up or down

I love this plugin. Just unfortunate that not many skins support it.

Looks good, will give it a try 2nite.

Can it random over all songs in libary? Like 'Party Shuffle' in iTunes. This is how I listen to music 90% of the time.

Yeah, that's what the random does, it just chooses x number of minutes of music and starts playing it. 60 minutes by default, config screen sets how many minutes. A noindex.txt in the directory will make it ignore this directory for random plays.

Yeah I know it's not well supported for skins, I think you're only options are to beg the skin developers, or try and make it yourselves and post it to the developer.

It's how I listen to music, I NEVER listen to one album, just a random selection of songs.

What does it do when the 60 minutes are up ? does it start another 60 minutes worth ? if not could you add that when you next update it

if you use the folder for musiclibray2 from the bluemce2 skin it works fine with jdstarlings christmas collection [well it does for me anyway]

Hmm, I think someone else suggested grabbing another set of tracks. I'll add that one.
