ATI Remote Wonder II is too fast ?

Hi,

I've bought the ATI Remote Wonder II, it works great. But when I use the cursor keys on the remote it constantly goes up/down twice. When I'm in eg. Explorer there is no problem. Pressing once means only go up/down 1 and not two.

So, are there people who havr an idea how I can solve this problem ? I currently use the mouse pointer to go the the correct option in the GB-PVR menu.

Im having a similair problem with my haupaggue 34 button remote.

It seems to go away after 15-20 minutes of booting, but before then is over sensitive.

Its just a niggle so didnt post as an issue but i'll watch this thread to see if anyone else has a similair problem, and see what we have in common?

You'd probably need to talk to the author of the ATI Remote Wonder software about this. It just works by sending fake keystrokes to GB-PVR. If it's sending two keystrokes in response to one button press, then there is something wrong with that software.

Make sure you don't have two instances of the remote listening process running.... ??? Figure out what the name of the executable is and check task manager.

what RW2 plugin are you using? I'm using the plugin for GBPVR from http://remotew.free.fr/ and it works pretty well.

Without knowing your setup it's because the whatever plugin you are using is processing both the press down and press up
