Error:not implemented Software recorder

hi,
i get the error not implemented when i click on live tv.
Do you need VM7 or 9 on for it to work?
If i knew where the logs were i would post them.
i am using a pixelview playtv pro.

Its probably c:\program files\devnz\gbpvr\gbpvr.exe.log.
