Last Channel not working?

Hey there... I'm trying to get the Ctrl-Y shortcut to work to flip between channels, is this the correct shortcut? If so, any ideas why this doesn't work? Nothing seems to happen at all.

GB-PVR 95.11 - Haup. 150 - WinXP - Firefly Remote

It was Ctrl-Y a long long time ago. For at least the last six months, its been Ctrl-W.
