Showanalyzer text files... Work in ??

Showanalyzer and comskip are not perfect... Are there any programs that you can load the text files into and then from there correct any mistakes and then delete commercials from the video??

I am not sure about comskip, but I know show analyzer can output files for videoredo and womble mpeg2vcr. Both are very nice programs for removing any missed commercials.

You might look into having your output file set up for one of these programs.

With Comskip you can review and edit the created .txt file.

Got this from reboots automatically remove commercials with videoredo thread:

2) Set up comskip or SA to output the videoredo project file (.vprj)
In comskip.ini, change the line: output_videoredo=0 to output_videoredo=1.
In SA, open config, Global, Output tab, and put a tick in the "Output VideoReDo Project file.

I am using comskip, and it outputs a file with an vprj extension. If you right click this file and open it with videoredo it will open your video with the commercial segments marked in red on the timeline.

i set it to create the files for mpeg2vcr and video redo...but i dont see the files anywhere...

I am not sure how your setup runs, but I have GBPVR create a folder for each show I capture. Since I do this I then leave the output box in SA config empty and the files defaut to the capture folder. If your not using this type of setup you will have to experiment with where the files are saved. Do a search for the original capture name from the start menu.

well its saving a txt.....
