Timeshift problem: Error: Failure playing back file

I get the following error when I enter timeshift mode in live tv mode:
Timeshift problem: Error: Failure playing back file

What am I doing wrong or is this a known issue?

I also always get a 0 file length when Im trying to record any channel at all. Eventhough the GBPVR says the recording went just fine.

It probably means that something is failing when it tries to record. If you're using a DVB device, what mux are you using?
