Zap2it only getting 3 days of EPG data

Whether i set it to download 7, 10 or 15, I will only ever get 3 days worth of data. Any suggestions?

I was having the same issues, so went I went to the Zap2it forums. Evidently, this is something that Zap2it is doing to try to reduce the load on their servers:

To address current performance and availability issues, we're temporarily scaling back downloads from 13 days to 3 days.

Some clients download more than 3 days by default. If such a request is made, the service will auto-correct to allow only a 3 day download.

Try doing updates again, maybe it will only do 3 days at a time, and you can keep adding 2-3 days each time.
I know I still have 12 days in my epg.

The irony is that I've wasted well more than 13 days' worth of their bandwidth in troubleshooting this problem.

This problem is evidence on just how dependent we are on Zap2it.

No, that wont work. They have indicated you wont be able to get data any further out than three days from the current date.

You'll find your 12 days will soon be 2.5 days.
