Greetings everyone,
I did a search on my problem with no luck, so here goes.
So I've got a standard setup of my PC running to the MVP (via my home net) which then runs to the TV. The PC is an AMD 1.4ghz w/ 512ram, 160gb HD, PVR150 and an ATI 32mg video card (this is my old desktop). It's been wiped clean and the only thing running on it, is the various pieces of PVR software.
The problem: Some videos when I watch them drop to the directory tree after about 1 min of play. Not every video does, only some, but once it does it, it will always occur on that video there after. I can't see any pattern in the type of video, doesn't matter if it's mpeg or avi. However, this only occurs when I use GBPVR. When I use the standard hauppauge software that comes with the MVP I can watch any of these same video with no problems. I downloaded the latest drivers for all my hardware, I'm using the latest version of GBPVR and no luck.
Is there a video codec setup that is specific to GBPVR that I need?
I really want to get GBPVR running my setup as it looks like a great piece of software.
Any other information needed, let me know and I'll post it. All help is greatly appreciated.
