Need help finding right version of Quartz.dll

I am experiencing the out of order frame glitch that is common of DX 9.0c systems. After doing a bit of looking at different sites, googling, and landing right back in GBPVR's wiki, I have determined I need the older version of quartz.dll. Does anyone here have a copy of the 1.87MB version of this file? Also will this cause any incompatiblities with games and such? My machine is used for many purposes=)

Quartz.dll is used with DirectShow only I believe, so no it won't cause any game issues. Somebody correct me if i'm wrong...

I'm not sure which quartz.dll you're wanting by specifying the file size. Attached is the 9.0b version that has worked wonders for me. It's version 6.5.1.902...
