default quality profile values?

I changed my high and medium quality profiles to 12000 cbr to get the best quality possible. Now I need the default settings back but dont want to reinstall. I am talking about the settings when you click capture tab > edit > settings button next to recording source and at the bottom is "Quality profile settings" box.

If you delete direct.ini file (or just rename - safer), then the Windows MSI installer should restore the original file.
