MVP autorun server window not hidden?

I have one MVP server set to autorun, but the process isn't completely hidden. If I ALT+TAB it shows up in the list and if I accidentally bring it up, I can't get it to go away again unless I close it, which appears to simply start another partially hidden server.

Is there no way to hide the process completely so that it only shows up on the task list?

If you go into the service startup and remove the 'allow service to interact with desktop' check mark, you wont see this.

Not, in GB-PVR, but maybe in plugins.

I know the MVPTray plugin currently requires interaction with the desktop, and there is also a couple of .exe channel changers that people use that pass information via the clipboard. These wont work with interaction disabled, but everything else should be fine.
