I have turned on the web server on the default port to access the web scheduling.
But when I try to access it with http://localhost:7647/gbpvr/index.aspx i get no answer. I am doing it on the same computer as GBPVR is installed on so there hould not be any issues with firewall settings and so on, or?

I have used gbpvr for several years with the web server, but after replacing the computer I can´t get it to work.

Is there any way to see if the web server is upp and running?

Better try this one: http://localhost:7647/gbpvr/guide.aspx
AMD Athlon 64 3000, HDD: 80, 120, 200 GB, Hauppauge 350 + 150, MVP, Asus 6000L Laptop client, Asus X50sl client,
Fritz!box 7140 modem/router, GBPVR 1.3.7.

You might need to go into the control panel -> administrative tools -> services, view the properties of 'GB-PVR Recording Service' and enable the 'allow service to interact with desktop' setting.

That was already enabled.

I tried to install Internet Information Service in Windows (don´t know if it should be possible to see GBPVR service there) but i can´t see any server.

But after that I get "compilation error" when I try http://localhost:7647/gbpvr/index.aspx.
I get CS0117: gbweb.Schedule does not contain a definition of GetReminderList (translated from Swedish).

Any suggestions? I have Windows 7 32 bit. I have tried to reinstall the application.

use ip number or name of pc you are trying to access instead of localhost

But localhost should work if it is on the same computer. Easier to try on the same computer first to avoid firewall issues.

turn off firewall if that fixes it then you need to add the ports to your safe list
uac can be a pain also

I have tried to turn off the firewall, no change, but that should not be a problem on the sam computer.
Can I get a "compilation error" if there are issues with the firewall settings?

I get different "compilation error" all the time, different row numbers...
