Hi
@funkybro
Where do i get the latest BDA drivers and how do i install them?
Is there an order in which the software, BDA drivers and gbpvr has to be installed.

Hauppauge Nova-T, so that would be a download from the Hauppauge website then Smile

It doesn't matter which order you install them in. Depending on the version of the CD that you have, you may well in fact have the BDA drivers already. I bought a couple of Nova-T's recently and both the Hauppauge WinTV application and gbpvr work fine.

I'm having a pretty much identical problem on the same card.
I have been watching and recording channels for some time on the included software and MediaPortal, and admitedly the signal quality is sometimes a bit low but for the most part it's crystal clear.
I've had a new aerial installed for the DVB-T box downstairs which also picks up all the channels perfectly, but GB-PVR gives me 0 quality and 0 signal strength for every multiplex when it scans.
I'm pretty sure the card is configured correctly in GB-PVR because I've followed several guides. I also updated the drivers to no avail.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried editing <BDAScanType> in config.xml? It can be either 1 or 2. This sometimes helps. Make sure you use Notepad (not Wordpad) to edit config.xml.

Cheers,
Brian

reproduce the problem, then zip and attach your logs and I'll take a look.

Nothing obvious in the logs.

What version of the Nova-T drivers are you using?
